"I wrote Sixty Thousand Dreams about the time I was chosen out of the audience to meet Taylor Swift at her “1989” concert. The song is about me and my dreams and how Taylor inspired me to be a singer-songwriter/artist. After the show when I got the chance to meet her I told her that I had just released my first EP and she said that she was proud of me and told me to never give up. In the song I realize that through wanting to be like Taylor, I found myself. I used many references to her music, some are obvious and some only big fans will probably figure out. The song is called Sixty Thousand Dreams because there were sixty thousand people in the MetLife Stadium that night."
